Warehouse Pick/Pack Operator Opportunity

ProQuest Recruitment is seeking experienced Warehouse Pick/Pack Operators to join our team at a national distribution centre in Kemps Creek. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth receipt and dispatch of stock, while maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receiving and dispatching stock in a fast-paced environment
  • Operating warehouse equipment, including RF scanners, voice picking headsets, and pallet jacks
  • Performing basic machine operations and manual handling tasks, including sorting, stacking, and palletising
  • Assisting with general warehouse tasks as directed by management
Requirements:
  • Full-time weekly availability for a day, afternoon, or night shift roster
  • Reliable transportation to and from site
  • A National Criminal History Check or willingness to undergo one
  • Demonstrated experience in warehouse stores/pick and pack operations
  • Physical capability to work in a fast-paced and KPI-driven environment
