Leadership Position

This is a leadership opportunity for an experienced professional to lead a team and drive sales growth in a retail store. As a leader, you will be responsible for fostering a respectful and inclusive team environment, establishing a vision for the store, and managing talent strategy.

  • Create and maintain a positive team culture by welcoming and celebrating differences.
  • Develop and implement strategies to build a strong and diverse team that includes members with various experiences, backgrounds, and skillsets.
  • Support ongoing learning and development of all team members through coaching, mentoring, and performance management activities.
  • Address employee concerns and issues promptly and effectively.
  • Lead an exceptional guest experience on the floor by assessing the level of guest connection and supporting team members to address gaps.
  • Manage and direct in-store team members to ensure optimal guest experience.
  • Drive the Community strategy for the store by planning and executing local, regional, and area-driven projects and initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have 1 year people management experience, 1 year managing business operations and administration, and experience with retail scheduling and labor hours management.

Requirements:
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
  • Must have the ability to travel to assigned stores with reliable transportation methods.
  • Full-time position, 38 hours per week.
  • Work occurs on a variable schedule which could include early mornings, afternoons, evenings, late nights or overnights as well as weekends and holidays.
