About the Role
We are seeking a customer-focused Service Centre consultant to join our team in a nationally renowned Facility Management Organization. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality customer service, taking calls from facility contacts to log and process maintenance work orders for completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service through phone calls and communication with facility contacts.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to build and maintain relationships.
- Obtain accurate information and enter work orders into the system, allocating and scheduling trades and sub-contractors.
- Follow up with clients after work completion to ensure satisfaction.
- Monitor and maintain busy email inboxes and data entry systems.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in a high-volume customer service or call centre environment.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to multitask.
- Logistics and scheduling experience highly regarded.
