About Our Medical Unit:
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our dynamic Acute Medical Unit team. This is an exciting opportunity for a Year 4 or 5 nurse to work in a fast-paced environment, providing quality care to patients with cardiac telemetry and medical assessment needs.
The successful candidate will be part of a supportive and dynamic team, working closely with multidisciplinary professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
Required Skills and Qualifications- A current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA;
- A Bachelor of Science (Nursing) or equivalent qualification;
- At least one year of experience in an acute hospital setting;
- Sound clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills;
- Highly developed interpersonal skills, including proactive, motivated, and customer-focused approaches;
- Clinical expertise and commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and continuous improvement;
- Self-motivation and proven ability to work effectively as part of a high-functioning team.
