Job Opportunity:
Shaping the future of healthcare requires a pivotal role in Quality Management. This position plays a key part in strengthening the Cellular Therapy stream within the Central Adelaide Local Health Network Cancer Program.
The FACT and TCT Quality Manager will lead accreditation efforts, champion quality initiatives, and drive continuous improvement to meet national and international standards.
With a strong focus on achieving and maintaining FACT/JACIE accreditation, this role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact by enhancing patient outcomes, supporting innovation, and ensuring the program delivers safe, evidence-based, and high-quality services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver a Quality Management System for the Cellular Therapy stream
- Ensure the highest standards of patient care and safety
- Champion quality initiatives and support accreditation processes
- Manage risk and drive continuous improvement across the program
