Mobile Quality Assurance Lead

This is a leadership role that involves guiding and mentoring a team of test professionals while driving automation excellence across mobile platforms.

Key responsibilities include leading the development and maintenance of mobile test automation frameworks, collaborating with DevOps teams to integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines, analysing solution designs and documentation to create robust test cases, conducting API and UI testing, guiding and mentoring QA team members, reporting on test progress and outcomes, and supporting manual testing and regression builds as needed.

Requirements
  • 7+ years' experience in mobile Quality Assurance and test automation (WebdriverIO, Postman, Ready API)
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC
  • Proficiency in SQL and API testing
  • Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills
  • Experience in insurance domain and CRM/UI testing is a plus
