About the Role:

As a skilled Allied Health Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting older individuals to maintain their independence and overall well-being. Working in residential aged care, you will be part of a collaborative team that delivers person-centred support and makes a real difference in residents' lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support mobility and functional programs for residents
  • Assist with restorative therapy and falls prevention initiatives
  • Facilitate active ageing group sessions and promote healthy living
  • Collaborate with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and care staff to deliver high-quality support

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Certificate III or IV in Allied Health Assistance, or equivalent experience
  • Current Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy students seeking hands-on experience in aged care are encouraged to apply
  • Australian working rights
  • Ability to obtain an NDIS Worker Screening and a National Police Check
  • Current driver's licence and willingness to travel within a designated region
