Childhood Educator Role

We are seeking an experienced educator to lead learning experiences for allocated groups of children in a collaborative teaching environment.

About the Role:
  • Support the inclusion of children with additional needs through tailored educational programs.
  • Foster authentic connections with children and families through interaction, curriculum, and documentation.
Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality educational programs aligned with the National Quality Framework.
  • Maintain effective communication with parents and families through regular updates and meetings.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness through ongoing monitoring and assessment.
Requirements:
  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved).
  • Experience working with children with additional needs and developing inclusive educational programs.
  • Current Working with Children Check.
  • National Quality Framework knowledge, including National Regulations and National Quality Standards.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
