We are seeking a dedicated Junior Site Operations Manager to join our team at our Victorian Wind Farm Site.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily wind farm site operations and maintenance, ensuring safe, efficient, and timely execution of site activities.
- Supervise site contractors and coordinate all plant field activities.
- Perform local and remote operations of the wind farm and substation, including High Voltage (HV) switching.
- Ensure compliance with site Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) protocols and company safety policies.
- Liaise with stakeholders regarding plant operations and establish good relations with landowners, local contractors, and community leaders.
- A strong commitment to safety and compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with various teams.
- Willingness to travel to other office locations and sites as needed.
