**Role Overview:**

The internal audit team is a crucial component of our risk management framework, providing independent assurance about the design and effectiveness of our first and second lines of defence.

As Division Director of Internal Audit, you will lead a global technology, operations, data and change audit team, working closely with senior management and the board to provide assurance and influence the implementation of our risk management framework.

You will be responsible for delivering an audit plan across our Corporate Operations Group globally, maintaining relationships with senior business stakeholders, and overseeing the execution of automated controls testing on business unit audits.

The role also involves contributing to the internal audit strategy and leading continuous improvement initiatives in a department that is progressive and innovative.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality audit results in accordance with professional standards
  • Lead and manage a global technology, operations, data and change audit team
  • Maintain relationships with senior business stakeholders and oversee automated controls testing
  • Contribute to the internal audit strategy and lead continuous improvement initiatives
