Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Data Analyst, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand our strategy and goals
  • Profiling, validating, and analyzing large, complex datasets to extract meaningful patterns, trends, and insights
  • Applying advanced statistical techniques to interpret data and guide business decisions
  • Developing and owning metric models, dashboards, and reports, adopting our Data Standards
  • Preparing and presenting clear, concise reports and dashboards, communicating findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Identifying and developing data-driven strategies to improve our business performance and optimize processes
  • Mentoring and providing guidance to other Analysts

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Computer Science
  • Minimum 5 years experience as a Data Analyst, with a focus on statistical analysis and a track record of delivering actionable insights
  • Application of statistical methods in your analytical products
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python
  • Strong communication skills enabling you to communicate complex context into concise, actionable steps
  • Experience in a B2B SaaS (nice to have)
  • Experience with Databricks (nice to have)
