Nurse Unit Manager Job Opportunity

About the Role

Key Requirements
  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated experience with aged care documentation systems and funding tools
  • Sound knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards
  • Ability to resolve conflict, manage performance, and lead change
  • Understanding of legislative frameworks in health, safety, and EEO
  • Immunisation history and current Police Check, WWCC & NDIS Check (or willingness to obtain)
