Energy Project Coordinator Position

We are seeking an Energy Project Representative to oversee and execute the entire process of customer-driven projects, ensuring timely, budget-friendly, and high-quality outcomes that meet our customers' expectations and compliance standards.

This role involves delivering exceptional customer service and stakeholder management with customers and community representatives to ensure effective energy supply or generation capability for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with teams to identify improvement opportunities and drive change throughout the platform and customer experience
  • Liaise and coordinate with design, drafting, and surveying teams to obtain detailed construction plans for energy system infrastructure
  • Provide general and technical support to efficiently resolve customer inquiries
  • Complete a range of customer project-related activities using tools such as SAP
Requirements
  • Experience in an energy distribution network
  • A background in training electrical power systems
  • Suitable experience in an electrical trade background looking for an alternate career path
  • Excellent customer service skills and communication (written and verbal) skills
  • Demonstrated experience in Project Coordination and Project Management
  • Proven experience in project financial management
