We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Premium Funding Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in finance, insurance, or a related field to contribute to our growing business.

In this role, you'll play a crucial part in supporting our internal broker network and clients by providing expert guidance, seamless loan support, and proactive service that drives long-term success.

Your primary objective will be to drive sales and increase penetration of the premium funding product within our target segment. You'll be responsible for managing loan-related enquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales and increase penetration of the premium funding product within the WA segment.
  • Be a key contact for insurance brokers and customers based in WA, delivering prompt, high-quality support across all touchpoints.
  • Respond to new business, renewal, and endorsement quote requests, ensuring the correct terms are provided.
  • Provide training to WA-based brokers on premium funding.
  • Manage loan-related enquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Maintain a high retention rate with existing loan book and contribute to new business growth within the WA segment.
  • Maintain compliance with service standards and internal policies.
Requirements:
  • Experience in finance services, banking, general insurance, or premium funding will be desirable, but not mandatory.
  • The role is open to university graduates who are looking to commence their careers in the financial/insurance industry.
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive approach.
  • High level of attention to detail and delivering excellent customer service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A motivated individual with a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to work well in a team and build trusted internal and external relationships.
