Job Description
As a Senior Analyst in our Change and Challenge team, you will support the governance of Macquarie's Operational Risk Material Risk Frameworks, related strategic initiatives, and embedment of principles across the organisation. You will identify and propose improvement opportunities that inform the design of Macquarie's risk management frameworks and develop subject matter expertise across risk assessments, control management, assurance, issues, and incident management and policy governance to provide effective oversight over our frameworks and practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will require prior experience in a comparable role in Banking and Financial Services. Strong understanding of risk and control management is essential, along with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and multiple levels, coupled with strong attention to detail, are also crucial.
