Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with their queries and provide product information
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new releases and trends
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive store environment

Requirements:

  • Previous retail experience is preferred but not essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic mathematical skills and accuracy when handling cash and operating a point of sale system
