This position involves collaborating with a team of part-time and casual retail sales associates to support sales targets and other responsibilities as assigned by the Store Manager.

What you'll be doing

  • Generate leads by encouraging shopping centre customers to check their hearing health with a free 5-minute hearing check.
  • Build rapport with new customers and strengthen relationships with existing ones.
  • Explain hearing assessment results and recommend next steps.
  • Reconnect with previous customers or new leads via phone.
  • Manage customer database, stock control, and invoicing.
  • Maintain compliance with industry reporting standards with high attention to detail.
  • Support store targets and KPIs.
  • Assist the Store Manager in motivating retail associates to deliver excellent customer service.

What We Are Seeking :

  • Experience in customer service, sales, or administration.
  • A proactive, 'can-do' attitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • An outgoing, vibrant personality comfortable engaging customers in free hearing checks.
  • Willingness to learn and grow into a leadership role.
  • Availability to work retail hours, including weekends and late nights.
