Job Description

As a valued member of the Human Resources team and reporting directly to the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing efficient and effective HR services and support to key stakeholders.
  • Recruitment and onboarding of new employees.

  • Support the Human Resources Manager in the development and delivery of Rolleston's HR strategy and initiatives such as Talent Acquisition and Retention, Succession Planning and Leadership Development.
  • Providing support in the management and resolution of workplace and disciplinary issues.
  • Assist in coordinating employee performance reviews and development plans.

About the Ideal Candidate

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources and/or relevant knowledge and experience in the Human Resources field.
  • Strong communications skills with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Highly organised and solutions-focused.
  • Excellent time management skills, ability to meet deadlines and plan ahead.
  • Commitment to continued learning and professional development.
