Maintenance Director

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance operations, ensuring the delivery of exceptional services and driving results.
">The ideal candidate will have experience in facilities management, trade management, and scheduling, with relevant qualifications and strong communication skills. They must also possess excellent computer skills, leadership abilities, and experience in managing staff, recruitment, and retention.
">Key Responsibilities- Manage overall delivery of services at a tactical and transactional level.
- Plan, coordinate, and implement maintenance activities to ensure completion within compliance, contract, and KPI timeframes.
- Work collaboratively with operational management, site management, sub-contractors, and clients to ensure high-quality maintenance planning and execution.
Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
">- Ensuring site compliance with health, safety, environment, and quality policies and procedures.
- Managing planned, corrective, and unplanned deliverables to meet deadlines and maintain a sustainable safety culture.
- Proven experience in facilities management, trade management, and/or scheduling.
- Relevant trade qualifications and certifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and management abilities.
- Experience in staff recruitment, retention, rostering, and management of both permanent and casual workforces.
