Key Role:

Maintenance Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing maintenance management frameworks aligned with strategic objectives.

  • Collaborate with operational teams to establish sound maintenance programs, scopes of work, contractor KPIs, schedules, and budgets.
  • Drive evidence-based collection and analysis of facility/asset utilisation and maintenance data for commercially sound planning decisions.
  • Prepare complex reports, briefing notes, business cases, and presentations to inform stakeholders up to Commissioner level.
  • Establish productive and ethical relationships with external stakeholders like maintenance contractors and service providers.
Core Competencies:

Strategic Acumen: Understanding of strategic directives and alignment with operational plans in a complex organisation.

Contract Management Expertise: Proven experience in contract negotiation and management of facility maintenance services.

Project Management Skills: Experience in project management methodologies, developing project schedules, and managing high-risk projects.

Leadership that Delivers: Solid leadership skills in creating and maintaining effective teams and driving performance.

Stakeholder Engagement: High-level interpersonal skills to build strategic relationships and negotiate on sensitive issues.
