About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Claims Officer to join our team. As a Claims Officer, you will play a key part in ensuring timely and fair outcomes for our clients.

  • Manage Accident & Health claims from start to finish, ensuring timely and effective outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Brokers, medical professionals, and assessors to deliver high-quality claims support.
  • Help clients through their recovery journey, supporting their return to work and wellbeing.
  • Provide exceptional customer service at every stage of the claims process.

This role requires a minimum of 1 year's experience in a case management role within insurance. Previous experience within accident and health is highly advantageous but not essential.

About You
  • A strong focus on customer service with the ability to build rapport over the phone and handle varying customer expectations and demands.
  • A highly empathetic approach to dealing with customers, possessing the ability to be friendly yet professional.

You will also have analytical skills, particularly in Analytical Thinking, Critical Thinking, and Problem Solving.

In this role, you will be working closely with stakeholders and developing business process improvements.
