About the Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Meter Reader in the Shepparton area. As a key member of our field service team, you will be responsible for collecting and recording utility meter readings in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately read and record meter readings in allocated areas
- Uphold industry safety standards and represent our company in a professional manner
- Meet targets and deadlines for meter reading completion
- Work independently and collaboratively with other team members
- Communicate effectively with office support teams
- Upload and download route information to/from handheld devices
Requirements
- Current valid driver's license
- Reliable motor vehicle and mobile phone
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical ability to undertake walking, bending, and squatting
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Flexibility to work Monday to Friday, 30-38 hours per week
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail
