Program Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a Program Coordinator to lead and coordinate our social support group program. The successful candidate will be responsible for staffing, activities, quality, compliance, service delivery, and facility management.

The program provides socialization, community participation, and respite for carers, working collaboratively with stakeholders in the community to deliver high-quality programs and services.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate the social support group program
  • Manage staffing, activities, quality, compliance, service delivery, and facility management
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders in the community
Requirements
  • Leisure and Lifestyle or Diversional Therapy qualification or similar
  • Additional Community or Aged Care qualification; Dementia qualification or equivalent experience
  • Experience in planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating leisure and activity programs
  • Managing high-functioning teams
  • Drivers license and reliable vehicle
