About the Role

This is a 12-month contract (maternity leave cover) in a part-time capacity, 3 days per week. It is a hybrid role blending working from home, with in-office days in our central office.

Job Summary

The Graphic Designer is responsible for the delivery of the CTM Group's creative strategy, including the design of key creative assets to support a professionally consistent brand presence in all regional markets and for all brands within the CTM Group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop highly engaging graphic and digital design assets which support the CTM group of brands' marketing channels and campaign activity spanning websites, landing pages, emails, social media, infographics, collateral, animated gifs and video.
  • Design a broad range of materials and solutions, including websites, landing pages, emails, social media, infographics, collateral, animated gifs and video.
  • Work collaboratively with CTM's regional marketing teams (Australia, USA, UK, Asia) to ensure brand adherence across all areas of the business, alignment to brand development strategies, and the implementation of tools and resources to enable consistent and professional brand application across every member of the CTM team.
  • Develop a strong understanding of strategic corporate branding and design to support increasing brand awareness, reputation and lead-generation.
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines across a range of brands, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience designing for corporate brands.
  • Demonstrable expertise in print and digital design (portfolio of work is required).
  • Strong graphic and digital design skills, with excellent visual design skills (layout, typography, styling).
  • Advanced skills in Indesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Experience using MS Office suite.
  • Experience working in Wordpress CMS, Adobe Marketo, Canva is an advantage.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects and deadlines across a range of brands.
  • The ability to quickly grasp opportunities, critically analyse, consider and communicate effective solutions based on defined outcomes.
  • The ability to understand the vision of the CTM business on a global and regional scale.
  • Be a fast learner, capable of interpreting and implementing the company's visual identity quickly.
  • Be a confident and effective communicator.
