Pumped Hydro Energy Storage Technical Director

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Technical Director to lead our Pumped Hydro Energy Storage team at SNC Lavalin. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, developing market strategy, and ensuring successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Market Strategy and Execution: Contribute to the development and execution of our annual business plan, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Client Relationships: Establish and maintain strong, trusted relationships with our Pumped Hydro Energy Storage clients, providing exceptional service and support.
- Project Delivery: Oversee the delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
- Financial Management: Manage the financial performance of projects, including profit and loss accountability.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and executing strategies to win new contracts.
- Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, providing insights and recommendations to inform our business strategy.
- Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business growth.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Pumped Hydro Energy Storage industry, including market trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Financial Management: Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
