Job Role:

The role involves developing and maintaining an audit program aligned with NHVAS and HVNL requirements, scheduling and conducting audits based on risk and compliance history of transport providers, stores, and distribution centres.

  • Develop a robust audit framework to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential non-conformances and recommend corrective actions.
  • Prepare clear, evidence-based reports highlighting areas for improvement.
  • Train and upskill the audit team in CoR compliance assurance practices to ensure consistent understanding and application of NHVR requirements.

Key skills required for this role include:

  • Proven experience with Chain of Responsibility obligations and NHVR regulatory requirement compliance.
  • Exposure to the National Heavy Vehicle Accreditation Scheme will be viewed favourably.
  • Familiarity with internal control concepts, auditing standards, and risk assessment practices.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to make evidence-based decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
