Role Overview:

We are seeking a visionary leader to join our organisation as Associate Director, Inclusion. This pivotal role will drive diversity and inclusion strategies and programs to ensure that the voices, values, and aspirations of all employees are embedded across all levels in our workplace.

This role will lead and manage engagement with key stakeholders and staff to implement an organisational approach, governance, and programs to deliver on our Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging (DIB) vision and Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP).

This key role leads a small team including First Nations colleagues who are employment, learning, and engagement specialists. The role reports to the Executive Director, Finance and Services and has a dotted reporting line to the Executive Sponsor, DIB. The Executive Sponsor is a rotating role across members of the Executive Board reflecting the importance of the work.
