Our commitment to diversity and inclusion is demonstrated by our achievement of Inclusive Employer Index status in 2023 – 2024 by the Diversity Council Australia (DCA).
As part of our inclusive employer strategy, our team members were invited to share their thoughts about workplace diversity and inclusion in the Inclusive Employer Index survey, which assessed participating organisations against six key areas: awareness, engagement, inclusive organisational climate, inclusive leadership, inclusive team, and exclusion.
