Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Media Operations Executive to join our team. This is a permanent full-time role that offers a hybrid working environment with support offices in Surry Hills and Norwest.

This exciting opportunity allows you to work for one of Australia's retail media pioneers, providing targeted omnichannel marketing solutions and comprehensive closed-loop reporting to help FMCG brands grow.

About the Role
  • Manage end-to-end campaigns for all client and agency accounts within your designated sales team.
  • Create an excellent client experience by maintaining a client-centric approach and acting as the primary contact point before, during, and after campaigns.
  • Manage inventory and availability for sale.
  • Oversee campaign workflows from inception to post-campaign service, including approvals, bookings, production, and implementation.
  • Manage production workflows and report on statuses and SLAs.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet business needs.
  • Report on campaign workflows and capacity, ensuring adherence to timelines.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Media Operations, Shopper, Customer, Trade Marketing, or Agency experience within FMCG or customer-centric businesses is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to influence and build strong stakeholder and client relationships.
