Job Title Overview

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to join our team as a Business Partner. This role will involve working closely with the Australasia HR Leader and regional team to execute and implement global and regional HR programs, policies and processes in Australia and New Zealand.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement global and regional HR programs and policies on time and with high quality for client groups.
  • Provide local employee services including payroll implementation, onboarding & offboarding, and employee data management.
  • Participate in talent review and calibration sessions to create development & retention plans for top talents.
  • Collaborate with business teams to foster a positive working environment and enhance employees' engagement.
  • Design and customize employee capability development solutions and programs.

Requirements:

  • More than 10 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Solid experience with compensation, payroll, talent acquisition, and performance management.
  • Strong communication skills and team collaboration spirit.
  • Knowledge of Australasian employment laws.
