We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Generalist to join our team at Royal Rehab Group. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for providing support to our HR Manager and Operational Leadership Team, ensuring the smooth operation of our human resources functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct investigations into employee misconduct or policy violations
  • Handle employee inquiries, concerns and complaints
  • Administer the performance appraisal process and assist managers in setting performance goals and providing feedback to employees
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Maintain accurate employee records
  • Generate reports and analyse HR metrics for management
About You

We are looking for a self-motivated and friendly individual with a strong background in human resources management. You will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field, and a minimum of 3 years' experience in a HR generalist role, preferably within disability, hospital, or aged care sectors.

You will have strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations and HR best practices, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
