Early Years Educator Position

We are seeking an experienced Early Years Educator to join our team in a dynamic and supportive environment. As an educator, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of young children, fostering their growth and development.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality educational programs that meet the needs of children aged 0-5 years. You will work collaboratively with the senior educators and educational leader to design and implement engaging learning experiences that promote social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of children
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment
  • Observe and assess children's progress, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to support their growth
  • Maintain accurate records of children's progress and program implementation

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current Working with Children Check
