About Us

At Modern Family Early Learning, we are more than just a childcare centre – we are a family. Our boutique, family-owned service provides care and education for children aged 0–5 years, built on values of respect, inclusivity, and community.

We believe our educators are the heart of everything we do, and we strive to create a workplace where you feel supported, valued, and genuinely excited to come to work each day. Our centre is a vibrant, nurturing environment where curiosity, creativity, and imagination are celebrated daily – not only for children but for the educators who guide them.

About the Role

This is a Permanent Part-time opportunity, across Monday to Friday – 20–25 hours per week as Childcare Administrator.

If you have childcare experience and are willing to work on the floor, the role can extend to up to 37.5 hours per week.

This unique position combines Educational Leadership with Administration, giving you the opportunity to lead pedagogy while also supporting the day-to-day operations of our centre. You will work closely with the Director and leadership team to ensure high-quality programs and smooth administrative processes.
