Job Opportunity

  • Pick up a teenage participant with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) from her home in Bayswater and transport her to school safely.

About the Role

  • Establish a calm and welcoming environment during transportation to ensure a positive experience for the participant.
  • Be sensitive to any sensory sensitivities throughout the journey.
  • Some shifts may involve transporting participants to appointments within the designated shift timeframe.

Requirements

  • Working with Children Check
  • National Police Check
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • First Aid & CPR certification
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module certificate
  • Valid Driver's Licence + comprehensive car insurance

  • A reliable support worker who understands ASD or has previous experience working with neurodivergent individuals.
