We're seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team in a beautiful Northern Beaches location.

Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working as a confident, independent barista on the coffee machine with speed and consistency.

Main Responsibilities
  • Season and adjust grinders, set up and shut down machines
  • Assist with ordering non-perishables and maintain a clean and customer-ready workspace
  • Provide friendly, fast, and customer-focused service
  • Toasting sandwiches and wraps, basic food prep, and milkshake making
  • Standard café setup and closing duties
Requirements
  • Previous barista experience required
  • Full working rights in Australia
  • At least 12 months remaining on a working holiday visa or genuine passion for coffee
