Job Title: Coffee Connoisseur

We are seeking an experienced barista to join our team in a casual role. If you have a passion for coffee and excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service and deliver high-quality coffee and beverages consistently
  • Maintain a productive and positive work environment
  • Clean equipment and ensure the smooth operation of the coffee bar
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues efficiently
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a barista, preferably in a specialty coffee shop
  • Must have an RSA
  • Excellent knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and latte art
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with customers and motivate the team
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
