About Our Team

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Leisure Activities Coordinator to join our team in providing exceptional care and support to our residents.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for creating engaging activities that promote resident well-being and quality of life.

About the Role

As a Leisure Activities Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing lifestyle programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents. This will involve working closely with our Lifestyle Coordinator, evaluating current and future lifestyle options, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Developing and implementing engaging lifestyle programs that meet the needs and interests of our residents
  • Working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure effective delivery of services
  • Evaluating current and future lifestyle options to inform program development
  • Providing support and guidance to colleagues as needed
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting on program outcomes

About You

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Relevant qualifications (Certificate III in Leisure and Lifestyle or equivalent)
  • Experience working in aged care or a related field (desirable)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A positive and proactive work ethic
  • Intermediate computer skills

Essential Requirements

To be eligible for this role, you must:

  • Hold a current Police check clearance
  • Provide proof of Work rights in Australia

  • Hold a current Flu vaccination
