Operations Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our Sort Centre.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate daily operations of machines, ensuring they run efficiently and meet KPI schedules and customer requirements.
  • Report on attendance, absenteeism, downtime, and daily targets.
  • Audit and perform quality checks to maintain high standards.
  • Operate Counterbalance forklifts safely and efficiently.
  • Ensure a clean and safe working environment, adhering to codes of practice and relevant procedures.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in leading a team or coordinating operations.
  • Current Forklift Ticket with loading and unloading truck experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and great work ethic.
  • Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team.
  • Adherence to OHS policies and procedures.
