This role involves working with external surveyors to prepare documentation and plans for submission to the Land Registry Services and Surveyor General Victoria.

Responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders such as project solicitors and other authorities related to the land delivery program.

The role also requires assisting in preparing instructions for consultants and attending relevant meetings.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment and have a strong understanding of land delivery programs.

In addition to the above responsibilities, the successful candidate will also be required to:

  • Assist in preparing submissions to the Land Registry Services and Surveyor General Victoria
  • Collaborate with the Department of Transport's Property team
  • Communicate effectively with project solicitors and other authorities

The successful candidate will be an integral part of a dynamic team and will have the opportunity to make a significant contribution to the land delivery program.
