Suburban Rail Loop (SRL) is an integrated transport infrastructure and precincts planning project that will deliver a 90km rail line linking major train services from the Frankston Line to the Werribee Line via Melbourne Airport. It includes investment in suburbs, enhancing connections to jobs, retail, education, health services, and community.

The Suburban Rail Loop Authority (SRLA) is the statutory body responsible for planning, procuring builders, developing structure plans for SRL Precincts, and overseeing construction and related changes to transform Melbourne and Victoria.

SRL is more than a rail project; it's a once-in-a-generation opportunity to plan for and prepare our city and state for future needs. About the opportunity

The Senior Land Advisor reports to the Senior Manager, Land, and will advise on all land matters related to identification, access, leasing, divestment, acquisition, and management or disposal of land for project purposes. This includes providing professional advice on private, government, and Crown land, and using relevant legislation powers. The role supports the broader Land team in land assembly for Rail and Infrastructure construction, including access, acquisition, and management of properties.
