Night Shift Caregiver Opportunity

We are seeking compassionate and respectful individuals to play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents through attentive and consistent service.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be physically able to carry out required duties in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate kindness and respect for the resident's dignity as you assist with personal and daily care and activities of interest to the individual in accordance with care plans.
  • Assistance with activities under supervision.
  • Work with each resident to continue to do the things they love.

Essential Qualifications & Experience

  • Hold a Certificate III in Aged Care Work or undertaking Undergraduate Registered Nurse training.
  • Be physically able to carry out required duties in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Have basic technology/computer skills and a willingness to take part in ongoing education.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Genuine desire to help others.
  • Demonstrate an understanding and appreciation of our organization's values and promote them through interactions at work.
