Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of employment consultants in delivering our Service Delivery Model to a high standard, while ensuring compliance requirements are met on an individual and site level.

This role will also involve driving team performance and productivity, ensuring commercial returns while producing sustainable employment outcomes for a diverse group of participants.

The Site Manager will establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including key partners and customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in Employment Services and case management
  • Experience in day-to-day management and coordination of effective teams
  • Able to overcome objections and break down barriers for people experiencing unemployment
  • Strong ability to problem-solve and communicate with various stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience in achieving and exceeding business targets and KPIs
