About The OpportunityThis leadership role oversees a team providing professional and sustainable service to both participants and employers.
- Provide effective leadership aligned with EPlus values, mission, and operational plans
- Ensure all aspects of Service Delivery Model are delivered to a high standard and compliance requirements are met on an individual and site level
- Drive team performance and productivity, ensuring consistent delivery of commercial returns and sustainable employment outcomes for a diverse group of participants
- Establish and maintain a network of key internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience in Employment Services and case management
- Experience in day-to-day management and coordination of effective teams
- Ability to overcome objections and break down barriers that exist for people experiencing unemployment
- A strong ability to problem-solve and communicate to a wide variety of stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience in achieving and exceeding business targets and KPIs
