Job Opportunity:

Civil Project Coordinator Role

We are seeking an experienced Civil Project Coordinator to join our team and oversee key civil construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate delivery across multiple projects, working closely with field staff, engineers, subcontractors, and the construction manager.
  • Talent Placement: Place elite talent for commercial and high-end residential builders across Victoria.
  • Scope Oversight: Oversee scope, program, budget, risk, and safety from planning and procurement through final handover.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the civil or infrastructure sector, running multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Educational Background: A degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field is essential.
  • Skills: Confidence managing subcontractors and consultants, working to ISO standards and navigating commercial risk.
Requirements and Preferences:
  • Skills: Familiarity with safety legislation, budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills and commercial awareness.
