Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Machine Operator to fill a full-time role in our manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate machines safely and efficiently with minimal supervision
  • Program machines to meet production requirements and optimize output
  • Drive forklifts and handle heavy materials with precision and care
  • Work autonomously while maintaining open communication with the team
  • Meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively to ensure smooth operation

In addition to these responsibilities, successful candidates will be required to upskill in various areas, work towards fast-paced production deadlines, and maintain a safe working environment at all times.

Requirements:
  • Prior machine operation experience is highly desirable
  • Able to work full-time hours 5 days a week with flexibility when needed
  • Ability to work in a heavy steel manufacturing environment safely and efficiently
  • Must pass a police check and drug and alcohol test prior to employment
  • Forklift license mandatory (training provided)
