Supervisor/Team Leader Job

We are seeking a seasoned supervisor/team leader to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • A minimum of two years of experience in A La Carte restaurant management is required.
  • The ideal candidate must be proficient in working in a fast-paced environment, able to multitask and maintain high levels of productivity under pressure.
  • Current RSA certification is mandatory for this role.
  • Expertise in wine knowledge and barista skills are essential.
  • Familiarity with WHS regulations and excellent communication skills are also required.
  • Additional responsibilities include presentation and attention to detail, as well as professional phone etiquette.
  • The ability to train new staff members is an added advantage.
