AFL Recruitment is seeking a skilled Senior Commercial Litigation Specialist to join our esteemed client, an entrepreneurial exponentially growing multi-award winning commercial law firm in Sydney. As one of the key senior litigators in the winning litigation team, reporting to the Litigation Director and Litigation Special Counsel, you will relish the challenge+rewards+variety of your role taking full ownership of your files/managing your own clients resolving commercial disputes relating to:

  • General commercial contracts;
  • Corporate structures/partnerships/trusts;
  • Franchises;
  • Building/construction;
  • Insolvency/bankruptcy;
  • Property/leases;
  • Contested estates.

The ideal candidate will have minimum 5 years+ post-admission experience in commercial litigation (up to special counsel) in superior courts (Supreme/Federal), proven strong drafting+ advocacy+negotiation skills with high attention to detail, be highly adaptable (not rigid in your set ways) + client-centric+ dead-line driven+ results-focused, have outstanding communication+ people skills, and be ambitious and hungry to accelerate your career long-term with an employer committed to your success.

We are offering a competitive salary of $120,000-$230,000+, depending on experience, along with a range of benefits including:
