Director of Data Management

This leadership role is designed for experienced professionals who can oversee the growth and development of a data services practice.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading cross-functional teams, driving business growth, and staying up-to-date with industry trends.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a strategic plan to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality data services and solutions.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 15+ years of experience focusing on data & analytics, with 5+ in a leadership capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of data governance, architecture, engineering, BI tools, and analytics frameworks.
  • P&L management experience in a services organization.
  • Familiarity with SQL, ETL tools, cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Azure Synapse, Redshift), and modern BI tools.
  • Proven experience in packaging/pricing enterprise data solutions.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly growing company and handle a wide variety of challenges, deadlines, and a diverse array of contacts.
