We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an Engineering Solutions Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about driving innovation and growth in the mining industry.

Main Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement digital solutions to increase efficiency and productivity in the blasting process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategic plans to capitalize on them.
- Provide technical expertise and support to customers, ensuring their blasting technical requirements are met through advanced engineering designs and solutions.
- Identify and pursue new product development opportunities in emerging minerals, aiming to improve blasting processes.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of the explosive industry and its applications.
- Proficiency in Portuguese and Spanish is desired, as well as postgraduate business qualifications.
- Excellent financial and commercial acumen to develop high-value business proposals.
- Proven track record of success in a competitive sales environment, with strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in diverse cultural settings and communicate complex ideas effectively.
