Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented General Cleaning Specialist to join our team. As a General Cleaning Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining impeccable standards of cleanliness and hygiene in various settings.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute cleaning duties with precision and attention to detail.
  • Tend to floors by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing.
  • Ensure restrooms and kitchen areas remain orderly and sanitary.
  • Dust and sanitize surfaces to maintain a spotless environment.
  • Manage trash disposal and monitor cleaning supplies inventory.
  • Adhere rigorously to health and safety protocols.
  • Tackle hardwood cleaning with precision.

Qualifications

To succeed as a General Cleaning Specialist, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Prior cleaning experience is advantageous.
  • Experience in hospital or aged care settings is a bonus.
  • Exhibit acute attention to detail and a commitment to achieving excellence.
  • Display reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work autonomously.
  • Possess effective communication skills.
  • Demonstrate a passion for upholding cleanliness and organization.

Equipment Required

The following equipment is required for this position:

  • Microfiber cloths for non-cross-contamination purposes.
  • Non-cross-contaminating wipes.
  • Well-maintained vacuum and mop.
  • General house cleaning bucket or relevant alternative.
